Conquest Cleaning & Grounds
Client: Conquest Cleaning & Grounds
Industry: Commercial Janitorial & Grounds Services
Services: Social Media Strategy, Content Creation, Branding Support
When I connected with this client, I immediately saw an opportunity they hadn’t tapped into yet: a complete lack of social media presence. The business had strong services but no digital visibility and with the owner focused on operations, there just wasn’t time to market consistently. I stepped in to create a simple, manageable content strategy that would help promote their services, increase brand awareness, and lay the groundwork for long-term growth.
We agreed to start small but strategic — one post per week for three months — with a plan to build visibility and track potential leads, conversions, and hiring needs along the way.
Our approach was intentional:
July & August: Build brand trust and awareness by highlighting key services.
September: Shift focus to commercial contracts to align with budget planning for local businesses.
This portfolio includes the full set of posts and video content created to kickstart their digital presence designed to reflect their professionalism, values, and growth goals.
Strategy & Impact:
This project is still new, so metrics are in progress. The strategy was built to keep the business visible online, build community trust, and make their services easy to understand and access via social.
Campaign Overview
Client: Conquest Cleaning
Platform: Facebook Business Page
Timeline: July–September 2025 (3 months)
Objective: Build an online presence, test ad performance, and generate local cleaning leads.
Strategy & Execution
Launched the company’s first-ever Facebook Business Page.
Created and managed a posting schedule (weekly content + paid ads).
Ran weekly ad tests at different times (9am, 10am, 11am) to identify best posting window.
Focused on awareness-building visuals (before/after photos, service highlights).
Results
“Just by creating a Facebook Business Page, Conquest Cleaning became visible to over 400 people in only 3 months.”
Lessons Learned
Tracking is key: No Pixel/lead form ads limited our ability to connect ads → leads.
Content mix matters: Photos did well, but video and testimonials need more focus.
Ad targeting: Ads mostly hit existing followers; future campaigns should expand reach with refined targeting.
Next Steps / Growth Plan
Add Facebook Pixel + UTM links for better ROI tracking.
Use lead form ads to capture inquiries directly.
Expand into short video reels and testimonial content.
Run engagement campaigns (giveaways, polls) to grow follower base.
Simple & Consistent
Social media growth doesn’t have to be all or nothing. I created a balanced mix of posts and reels to help Conquest Cleaning build consistency without the overwhelm.
“Working with Elizabeth and Wild & Local Collective has been a real pleasure. I wanted to boost my janitorial company with a bigger digital footprint, but didn't have the time or knowledge to do this to my standards. Elizabeth was careful to find out exactly what my company vision is and then took the initiative to create ads and a plan that exceeded my expectations. The results were immediate. Highly recommend!”
