Arctic Harvest was one of the very first local businesses I reached out to when I began building my own brand. What started as me volunteering to help out in their warehouse quickly grew into an opportunity to join their team as Sales, Marketing, and Social Media Coordinator.

This ongoing role gives me hands-on experience managing a small business’s social media presence, creating sales strategies, and coordinating community outreach. I’ll be updating and expanding this section regularly to showcase progress, results, and examples of the work I’m doing with Arctic Harvest Deliveries.

What I’ve Done So Far

I began working with Arctic Harvest Deliveries at the start of September, joining them just as their busiest season was wrapping up. In that short time, we’ve created a few curated posts that reflect their unique brand voice while laying the groundwork for more consistent and engaging content. As we head into October, we’re shifting into full swing — building out a steady rhythm of fresh, fun content and gearing up for the holiday season. This ongoing collaboration is giving me valuable hands-on experience managing social media and sales for a local business, and I’ll be sharing regular updates here to track progress and results.

September 2025

September 12th, 2025

For Arctic Harvest Deliveries, I created a cross-platform post highlighting “5 Ways to Use Your Cherry Tomatoes This Week” with branded graphics and recipe inspiration. The goal was to drive engagement while reinforcing the company’s “locally grown” storytelling.

Instagram Performance (Posted September 12, 7:00 PM)

  • 490 views (typical for recent content, steady growth over 7 days)

  • 188 reach

  • 17 interactions (likes, comments, saves, or shares)

  • Post fit well within engagement benchmarks, showing consistent visibility and audience resonance with recipe-style content.

Facebook Performance (Posted September 12, 7:00 PM)

  • 407 views (slightly lower than average for recent posts)

  • 248 reach

  • 7 interactions and 2 link clicks

  • While overall interactions were fewer than on Instagram, this post successfully generated direct traffic to Arctic Harvest’s website via link clicks—a key conversion goal.

Takeaway
This campaign demonstrated the value of recipe-driven, visually branded posts in engaging audiences. Instagram showed stronger community interaction, while Facebook drove action through link clicks. Together, the post reinforced Arctic Harvest’s brand presence and showcased how storytelling around local food can generate both awareness and customer action.

September 19th, 2025

For Arctic Harvest Deliveries, I developed a product spotlight post around the seasonal arrival of organic kiwi berries. The campaign emphasized the fruit’s unique qualities and positioned it as a “snackable, tropical-flavored” option for customers.

Facebook Performance (Posted September 19, 5:00 PM)

  • 310 reach

  • 11 interactions (likes, comments, shares)

  • 4 link clicks directing traffic to Arctic Harvest’s ordering platform

Instagram Performance (Posted September 19, 5:00 PM)

  • 104 reach

  • 3 interactions

Key Result
While overall engagement metrics were moderate compared to other posts, this campaign had a powerful conversion outcome: the kiwi berries sold out the same night the post went live. This demonstrates how product-focused, timely social content can directly drive sales and quickly move inventory, even when engagement numbers appear modest.

Takeaway
This campaign showcases the importance of pairing strong product storytelling with timely promotions. The real success was not just in views or interactions, but in generating immediate customer demand and sales results.
