The Dreamer
Rooted in Purpose
Hi! My name is Elizabeth and this is my why…
In 2018, I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. At the time, I didn’t understand why it happened or how. What followed were years of pain, frustration, and some of the most debilitating moments of my life. But through that struggle, I made a choice: to take ownership of my health and educate myself on how to heal the damage caused by years of unhealthy habits and stress.
That decision changed everything.
Over the past several years, I’ve worked hard to rebuild from the inside out physically, emotionally, and spiritually. My healing journey has been fueled by clean, nutrient-dense food, natural living, and a deep desire to connect with others who share a passion for wellness, sustainability, and community.
After nearly 15 years away, I’ve returned to my home state of Alaska where my roots run deep and my heart has always belonged. My parents and family are here, and I’m here to stay, ready to put down roots of my own.
Today, I’m focused on helping like-minded small businesses grow through social media, branding, and community-focused pop-up events. I’m especially passionate about partnering with Alaskan makers, organic product brands, and farmers who care about health, the earth, and building a better way of doing business together. While those are the brands closest to my heart, I’m always open to working with any Alaskan business that shares a love for community, creativity, and positive impact.
Growth through Experience
I’ve always been a creative, detail-oriented person someone who sees opportunities to improve, elevate, and refine, whether it's a display on a shelf or the energy of a team. For over 16 years, I worked in the grocery retail world, building my career primarily in food service management. I started in the bakery and grew into leading deli departments, managing large teams, and overseeing day-to-day operations with care and consistency.
My work was hands-on and heart-led. I hired and trained staff, promoted employees into leadership roles, and maintained everything from inventory and sales programs to food service licensing and financial reporting. I stayed on top of KPIs, shrink, P&Ls, and ordering with a constant eye on efficiency, quality, and team morale. I believed then and still do in leading from the front and taking care of my people.
Eventually, my health led me to step away from that career. I transitioned into the healthcare field, taking on an administrative role where I helped patients navigate state medical coverage and financial assistance. That experience taught me even more about communication how to support people in moments of vulnerability, stress, and urgency. From grocery store customers to ICU patients, I’ve learned how to connect with people from all walks of life employers, employees, customers, and clients with empathy and clarity.
Now, I’m combining everything I’ve learned my leadership experience, my creative instincts, and my passion for people to help small businesses grow. Whether it’s through branding, community events, or social media strategy, I bring the same level of intention, insight, and care I always have. I notice the little things. I build real relationships. And I believe that when you nurture people, you grow more than a brand—you grow something that lasts.
